What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website only. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Coparia Labs LLC, a California limited liability company. They describe our company and our products, and nothing on these pages is an offer, a contract, or a promise about a product’s future.

Each product has its own terms, agreed when you sign up for it. Coparia’s are at coparia.app/terms. Where a product’s terms and these pages disagree, the product’s terms govern that product.

Product availability and status

We label each product with the stage it has reached. A product marked “in development” or “concept” is not available to use, and we are not committing to release it, to a date, or to any particular set of features.

Coparia is in alpha. That means it is a working product being used by real families, and it is also still changing. Features can move or be withdrawn.

Our content

The text, design and logos on this site belong to us. You are welcome to link to any page here, and to quote from it with attribution. Please do not copy the site wholesale or present our material as your own.

Liability

We publish this site in good faith and keep it accurate, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on these pages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
